About the Role
Our food truck is the kitchen for The Shack, serving the eats that fuel the bar and the good vibes. We’re looking for an energetic Kitchen Team Member who can work fast, stay organized, and keep the truck running smoothly during service.
What You'll Do
- Prep, cook, and assemble menu items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep up during busy service periods
- Follow safety and sanitation standards
- Work as a team with the bar and truck crew
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, positive attitude, team energy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Weekend and evening availability
- Food handler certification is a plus
